The Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) states that the best interests of the children are paramount. We recommend negotiation and mediation, and believe that court proceedings should be a last resort.

Sometimes, however, it may be necessary to commence court proceedings when parents cannot reach an agreement about children’s matters, or if a matter becomes urgent. In such cases, we can represent you in court and guide you through the process.
